What to include
A short message is fine. These details help us reply with useful questions rather than general ones:
- What kind of business you run, and in which province or provinces.
- How customers book today: phone, email, walk-in, a booking app or a mix.
- Your main services and roughly how long each takes, and how many people take bookings.
- The calendar, payment or practice software you already use and want to keep.
- Any date you are working towards, such as a new location opening.
What happens next
We aim to reply within two business days.
- We reply with a few questions, or suggest a short call at a time that suits you.
- We write down your booking rules and check what you need.
- You receive a written plan and a fixed quote in Canadian dollars, with no obligation.

How we handle your message
We use what you send only to reply to you and, if we work together, to plan your project. It is not added to a mailing list or shared for marketing. Messages are kept in our mailbox, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time. The privacy notice explains what is kept, for how long and who is accountable for it.
Please do not send
Passwords, admin logins, customer lists, health information or payment card details. We never need these to plan a project, and if access to an account is needed later, we will arrange it with you safely.
