Every project starts with the same question: how do customers book you today, and what goes wrong? From there we plan only the pieces your business needs. A single practitioner may need a clean site with a booking page and calendar sync. A multi-staff clinic may need shared rooms, deposits, reminders and a careful privacy setup. The services below can be combined in one project or added later.
The eight services
Booking website development
A complete site designed around the booking path, from service pages to confirmation.
Appointment scheduling
Durations, buffers, staff, rooms, notice periods and capacity set up as clear rules.
Calendar integration
Bookings that land in your calendar, and blocked time that disappears from the booking page.
Payments and deposits
Deposits and prepayment through a hosted page or embedded form, with totals shown upfront.
Reminders and confirmations
Email and text messages that stay transactional and include change links.
Rescheduling and cancellations
Self-service change and cancel pages that apply your policy and release the time.
Booking sites by industry
What salons, clinics, studios, consultants and home-service firms each need.
Booking site care
Optional monthly checks of the booking path, calendar, payments and updates.
How the services fit together
Think of a booking site as three layers. The first is the website itself: pages that explain what you offer and help a visitor choose. The second is the booking engine: the rules that decide which times are offered and what happens when someone books. The third is everything connected to it: your calendar, your payment processor and the messages customers receive. Problems usually appear where layers meet, which is why we plan all three together even when you only need one of them changed.
Try it before you decide
Our booking demo shows a keyboard-accessible calendar and time picker of the kind we build. It is a demonstration only and books nothing. If you want to see design directions for different industries, the concepts page shows four fictional businesses.
What every project includes
- A written plan with a fixed quote in Canadian dollars before build work starts.
- Booking rules tested against real weeks, including clock changes and holidays.
- Keyboard and screen reader testing of the booking path.
- A privacy notice that describes what the booking form collects.
- Handover notes so your team can update content and check connections.
What we do not do
We do not run a booking marketplace, take a commission on your bookings or hold your customer data hostage. We do not offer search advertising management or social media marketing. And we do not promise a number of extra bookings, because that depends on your business, your prices and your customers more than on any website.
